The Kowloon West Branch was established on June 23, 1993, as the 8th branch of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB). Its first chairman was the late founding member, Mr. Ip Kwok-chung. In 1998, the Kowloon West Branch spun off into the Sham Shui Po Branch, whose first chairman was the founding chairman, Mr. Tsang Yu-shing.
The Sham Shui Po Branch currently has 7 district councilors. Residents are welcome to contact us at any time to provide valuable feedback.
