How to Apply for Membership
The future of Hong Kong lies in your hands and ours. To work towards a better future, we have to think big. We have to see the full picture. We have to be tolerant, rational, and positive. We invite you to join us, DAB, a party with a future. We all want to make Hong Kong a better place. Let’s strive for it.
Requirements
Any Hong Kong resident aged 18 and above, who agree to observe the Memorandum and Articles of Association of DAB and all resolutions passed by DAB can signup to be member of DAB.
Types of Membership
There are two types of members: Associate Members and Voting Members.
Every new member starts off as an Associate Member and makes an one-off payment of HK$100 membership fee.
Associate Members may apply to the Central Committee for Voting Membership. Only Voting Members are eligible to vote in elections within the Party. Voting Members are required to pay an annual fee of HK$100.
All members are assigned to one of the DAB's 18 branches. Those under 35 years of age are automatically enlisted in the YoungDAB. Should those fall into a category of either commercial, industrial or professional, they are deemed to affiliate with either Commercial and Industrial Committee or Professional Affairs Committee.
How to Apply for Membership
Please send the following to any DAB branch or any DAB councilor's office. Alternatively, you can send them to: Membership Affairs Department, DAB, 15/F, SUP Tower, 83 King's Road, North Point Hong Kong.
A completed application form and a recent photo
A cheque for HK$100 payable to 'DAB' for the membership fee
DAB reserves all rights with respect to the approval and granting of membership. DAB may reject any membership application without giving any reason. In all circumstances, the decision of DAB is final and valid

Member has any dispute or disagreement concerning the content of a promotion, the member should raise the matter directly with the relevant promotion provider for negotiation and resolution.

When redeeming a promotion, the promotion provider may require the member to supply personal data (the personal data required may vary among providers). In some cases, membership with the relevant provider may be a prerequisite for enjoying the promotion. Whether or not to provide such data shall be entirely at the member's discretion.

The final decision as to whether a member may redeem a promotion shall rest with the provider/retail outlet offering the promotion.
