• Promote public transport operators to fulfill their corporate social responsibility by lowering the age for seniors fare concession scheme from 65 to 60.

• Encourage bus companies to further enhance real-time bus arrival information systems and proactively address service reliability issues.

• Improve the existing railway incident reporting mechanism, including refining the calculation of delay durations and corresponding fines, and introducing additional compensation for affected passengers.

Expand Parking Facilities

• Increase on-street parking spaces, utilize areas under elevated bridges, and explore opening more government premises for public parking.

• Designate parking zones during non-peak evening hours in selected areas, including truck parking spots in housing estate markets and shopping malls.

• Develop more smart parking facilities.

• Strengthen enforcement against illegal occupation of roadside parking spaces.

• Repurpose idle bridge underside spaces for bicycle parking, ensuring proper management to prevent long-term abandonment.

• Encourage new residential developments to incorporate well-managed bicycle parking areas.
